We keep our collection deliberately small — never more than we can walk ourselves. Every door code, every path to the water, every sunrise checked by someone who lives here.

Golden hour, quiet water, and long evenings outside. Many of our homes face the sunset head-on — we stock the deck chairs and leave the lights low.
Small by design
When the big managers moved in with lockboxes and call centers, we went the other way — fewer homes, kept perfectly, hosted in person. Years on, we still walk every property before every arrival.

This home exceeded all of our expectations! It’s huge, spotlessly clean, and completely stocked with all the amenities and items you need for entertaining. The backyard with the pool and putting green was a massive hit for the whole family. It was the absolute best setup to celebrate Andrew's 14th birthday and make wonderful memories. Thank you, Edward, for being such a great host!
