A child-safe removable pool fence is available upon request (please request at least 5 days before arrival, $125 fee applies for installation).

Starter Supplies:

Paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, hand soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent. We will provide a starter supply of coffee/tea. For longer stays, guests are expected to sustain their own caffeine needs appropriately.

Pool, landscaping, and trash service may occur during your stay to ensure the property remains in excellent condition.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

We give our guests space to enjoy their stay, but we’re just a message away if questions or needs come up.

Your home is located in Montage at Santa Rosa, one of Indio’s most desirable and visitor-friendly gated communities. The neighborhood is quiet, beautifully maintained, and known for its privacy, spacious homes, and resort-style backyards—making it a favorite for families, groups, and festival travelers alike.

Montage is directly across the street from the Empire Polo Grounds, home of Coachella and Stagecoach, meaning you’re just 3–5 minutes from the festival entrances. Nearby, you’ll also find:

Old Town La Quinta – 5–7 minutes (restaurants, cafés, boutiques)

Indian Wells Tennis Garden – ~10 minutes

El Paseo in Palm Desert – 15–20 minutes (upscale dining and shopping)

Montage at Santa Rosa has clear community rules that all guests must follow:

Quiet Hours

10 PM – 10 AM, enforced by the City of Indio and HOA. Noise must remain at a minimal level outdoors after 10 PM.

Parking

No overnight street parking

All vehicles must be parked in the driveway after 10pm. If you would like to park more than 3 cars, we can re-arrange the garage for a $60 fee per stay to allow for 2 additional cars.

Cars may not block sidewalks, drive on grass, park diagonally, or park parallel to the street in the driveway.

Violations may result in HOA fines or towing

Noise Regulations

Amplified outdoor music is not allowed at any time.

Small Bluetooth speakers at low volume are permitted, but outdoor audio must turn off completely at 10 PM.

Guest Limits

Each home has a maximum occupancy of 18 guests, enforced by the city and HOA. Additional guests may enjoy the home during the daytime hours if there is an approved event.

Security

The neighborhood utilizes controlled gate access. Your reservation includes a gate code. Exterior security cameras are permitted by HOA guidelines.

The easiest way to travel. You're just minutes from La Quinta, Indian Wells, and Palm Desert. Major roads like Jefferson St., Monroe St., and Highway 111 offer quick access to restaurants, golf courses, shopping, and festival venues.

🚕 Rideshare (Uber/Lyft)

Reliable and widely available—including during festival weekends. Pickup at the house is simple, and designated drop-off zones operate at the Empire Polo Grounds (3–5 minutes away).

🚶‍♂️ Walkability

The gated community is calm and walkable for morning strolls, but most destinations outside the neighborhood will require driving or a rideshare.

🚲 Biking

The area is bike-friendly, with wide streets and paths leading toward La Quinta and the Polo Grounds. Many guests enjoy cycling around the neighborhood or to nearby parks.

🚌 Public Transit

Public transportation is limited in this part of the Coachella Valley, so it’s not recommended for most guests.

✈️ Airport Access

PSP Airport is 30–40 minutes away. LAX, ONT, and SAN are 1.5–2.5 hours, depending on traffic.

What does “all-inclusive” mean?

• Our “all-inclusive” setup means no extra charges for core amenities: pool heat at 88°, spa use, game room, EV charger, and all the bedroom, bathroom, and backyard amenities.

• Baby-specific gear (crib, baby bath, high chair, baby monitor) is available through the attached nursery.

• It does not include food, beverages, or unlimited extras.

Are there extra charges for pool heat, pets, or guests?

• Pool: Heated to 88° at no charge. Higher temperatures are available for $50/day (requested 24+ hours in advance). Basic pool controls are available directly to guests.

• Pets: Up to 4 dogs allowed. Pet fees are $50 per pet per stay (goes directly to cleaners).

• Guests: Max occupancy is 18 guests total (adults + children). We cannot allow additional guests without approval; exceeding occupancy may result in cancellation without refund.

• Parking: If you would like to park more than 3 cars, we can re-arrange the garage for a $60 fee per stay to allow for up to 2 additional cars.

• Early check-in/Late check-out: We’re happy to offer early check-in or late check-out when possible for $45 per hour (up to 2 hours). This helps cover additional cleaning support due to the reduced cleaning window.

• Yes. However, no overnight street parking is allowed in this neighborhood.

How do I access the home?

• The home and detached casita features keyless entry. A personalized code will be sent before arrival.

Is daily cleaning included?

• A departure clean is included.

• Mid-stay cleanings can be arranged for an additional fee of $125.

Do you heat the pool?

• Yes! The pool is pre-heated to 88° for every reservation.

• Higher temperatures (up to 90–92°) are available for $50/day with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• The spa is also prepared to heat to 103° upon pressing the “spa” button at the home.

Is there a game room or golf cart?

• Yes—Carefree Casa has a full garage-conversion game room featuring ping pong, Mario Kart arcade, basketball game, foosball, poker table, and multiple arcade cabinets. We also have a pool table in the home.

• No golf cart is currently available.

You’ll arrive to a fully stocked home including:

• Bath & pool towels

• Kitchen staples (spices, oils, foil, wrap, zip bags as available)

Can I ship packages to the home?

• We do not recommend shipping directly to the property, as multiple vendors access the home and package security cannot be guaranteed.

• If you need to ship something, send us a message and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Can you pick up groceries and/or run other errands for me ahead of my arrival?

• Yes, we absolutely can try. We charge a rate of $25 per hour, in addition to any material expense, to complete any errands you might need. We cannot guarantee we can do everything, but let us know, and we will try.

• Past guests have had us help with catering, party prep, getting groceries, assembling items, hauling luggage, and even stocking the fridge with drinks.

Is outdoor music allowed?

• Due to neighborhood rules, outdoor speakers must remain at low volume only.

• No amplified sound and no outside music after 10 PM.

• Small personal Bluetooth speakers are allowed at low volume.

★ Pet Policy ★

• Pets: Up to 4 dogs allowed with prior notice. Pet fees are $50 per pet per stay (goes directly to cleaners). Please clean up after them.

Please drive slowly and follow posted limits. HOA fines can be substantial ($250–$5,000).

• All vehicles must fit in the driveway (max 3 cars). Cars are not allowed to be parked diagonal or parallel to the street in the driveway.

By booking, you acknowledge that use of the home—including the pool, spa, fire pits, arcade/game room, pizza oven, and outdoor areas—carries inherent risks. You accept full responsibility for yourself and your group and agree to hold the owners harmless for any injuries or accidents. Extra caution is required for children, individuals with health considerations, pregnant guests, or anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
